Block bookings with special Conference rates have been secured for the 2018 Conference at the providers listed below. These are available to book via the registration process.  

A credit card is required to guarantee all room bookings - it will not be used for billing (except any cancellation fees that may apply), you can pay using cash, EFTPOS or credit card when you stay. Note that the organisers cannot be responsible for other discounted room rate offers made by the hotels from time to time.  

To extend your stay beyond the main conference dates you may need to request help from the organisers. If so please contact  rosanna@conference.nz  for assistance after you have made your booking for the dates that are showing  as available.
